Our wedding menu is slightly different to some you may have experienced before. We're not having a traditional starter, instead having loads of delicious canapes during the drinks reception straight after the ceremony.

Wild mushroom, thyme and Anster Cheddar tarts
Marinaded with garlic, fennel, rosemary, thyme and lemon, then slow-cooked with white wine. Topped with gremolata and served with Galloway Lodge Apple and Mint Jelly and gravy
With a tahini and cauliflower puree, and an oregano, caper and lemon dressing.

Served with Blacketyside Farm strawberries, extra toffee sauce, and Wild Rover vanilla ice cream.
